Terms of use

These terms cover Zak Expo Hub at https://expohub.zakgroup.com, the sales and bookings system of Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us"). Part A is for our staff and anyone else we give an account to. Part B is for people who use its public pages: the enquiry forms on our show websites, booking links and stand proposals.

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.

Part A: for people with an account

Who may use it

Only people we have given an account to, for their work with Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions. Your access depends on the role and shows an administrator gives you. Don't try to reach anything your role doesn't allow, and tell an administrator if you can see something you shouldn't.

Your account

• Your account is yours alone. Never share your password, passkey, two-factor codes or a signed-in device.
• Use a strong password with two-factor sign-in, a passkey, or sign-in with your Google Workspace account.
• Sign out on shared computers, and tell an administrator straight away if you think someone else has used your account or a device is lost.

Client data is confidential

Zak Expo Hub holds our exhibitors' and prospects' details, prices, bookings and payments. Treat all of it as confidential:

• Use it only for your work at Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions.
• Don't copy it to personal email, personal drives, personal phones or other systems, and don't export it unless your work needs it and your role allows it. Exports are recorded.
• Don't share prices, discounts or another exhibitor's details with a client.
• Follow our Privacy policy: contact people only for the reasons they expect, respect "unsubscribe" and "STOP", and record consent where the system asks for it.

Acceptable use

Don't:

• enter false information, or change records to hide what happened;
• send spam, or messages that are misleading, offensive or unlawful;
• upload files that contain malware, or that you have no right to share;
• try to get round security, limits or approvals (for example discount or invoice approvals);
• use automated tools to copy data out of the system, other than the exports and integrations it provides.

Monitoring and records

To keep client data safe, the system records sign-ins (with the device, browser, IP address and approximate place), changes to records in an audit log, exports, and calls to outside services. Administrators can see these records and may use them to investigate misuse. Emails you send from the system can carry read receipts, which you can switch off for an email or for yourself.

AI help

Some features use Google Gemini, for example meeting briefs and reading visiting cards. AI can be wrong. Check what it produces before you rely on it or send it to anyone, and don't paste information into AI features that they don't need.

When you leave

Your access ends when you leave Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions or your role changes. Before you go, hand over your deals and companies as an administrator asks. Everything in the system, including your notes and emails sent from it, belongs to Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. and stays here.

Ownership

Zak Expo Hub, its data and its content belong to Zak Trade Fairs & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd.. The Zak and show names and logos are our trade marks. You may use them only for your work with us.

Breaking these terms

If you break these terms we may suspend your account, and serious breaches may lead to disciplinary action under your employment terms or legal action.

Part B: for people using our public pages

Enquiries and booking links

When you send an enquiry or book a call, you ask us to contact you about it. It doesn't commit you or us to anything.

Stand proposals

A stand proposal is an offer to discuss, not a contract. Its prices and the stands it names are valid until the date shown on it; after that they may change. A stand held for you is held only until the time shown.

Bookings

A booking is made only when you sign our booking form and we confirm it. The booking form and the terms printed on it (including payment, cancellation and the exhibitor manual) govern the booking. If they differ from anything on these pages, the booking form wins.

Using the pages

Use them only for genuine enquiries and bookings. Don't send spam, try to get round our spam protection, or try to reach parts of the system that aren't public.

Our liability

We take care to keep these pages accurate and available, but we can't promise they will always be. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect loss from using them. Nothing here limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit.

For everyone

Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at To be confirmed have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. We publish each new version here with its date, and people with an account are asked to accept it the next time they sign in.
